Frequently asked questions COVID19

The health and safety of our delegates, partners, speakers and employees is of utmost importance to us. ProMedia keeps track of the developments around the COVID-19 virus on a daily basis and follows the recommendations of the governments in the countries where we organise our events.

You will probably have a lot of questions regarding the effect of the COVID-19 virus on the RailTech Infra Forum 2020. On this page we hope to answer all your questions.

Will the Railtech Infra Forum 2020 still take place?

We monitor the developments around the COVID-19 virus on a daily basis. At the moment we still intend to proceed with the RailTech Infra Forum. You can register for the event via this page: https://events.railtech.com/rail-infrastructure-forum-2020/register/.

I don’t want to take the risk of registering and paying the fee. Is there an alternative?

Yes, since the situation is insecure we would like to offer you the possibility of pre-registering for the event. You will reserve a spot for the event, but do not have to pay yet. You can pre-register by emailing kim.de.vos@railtech.com

What will happen if the forum cannot take place anymore?

We will have a look at all the possibilities. The first alternative we look into is postponing the event. We will do so together with our partners and speakers.

Your registration will be converted automatically to the new date, so you don’t have to register again. If you are not able to attend on this date, you may send a colleague or relation in your place. Is this also not possible? Then we will cancel your registration and you will receive a voucher for our events.

You can find the agenda on: https://events.railtech.com/.

Of course we will actively keep you up to date about this.
