The European Green Deal had its effect on the competitiveness of rail as a transport mode, the pandemic and the compensation schemes, the rising energy prices, new calculations methods and mark-ups. Those were the topics discussed at the sixth edition of the Track Access Charges Summit that took place on 20 & 21 April 2022 in Rotterdam.
