Trafikverksskolan (the Training and Education Center of the Swedish Transport Administration) is a profit centre and the education provider to Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration). Trafikverksskolan is also the largest education provider of railway engineering in Sweden, offering a wide range of courses to the private infrastructure sector.

The courses and programmes are based on over six decades of experience and knowledge gathering within infrastructure.

In the unique railway environment at the Campus in Ängelholm tomorrow’s urban developers are educated within special areas of expertise such as:

  • permanent way systems
  • signalling systems
  • catenary systems
  • telecommunications
  • Additionally, we educate engine drivers and driving test examiners.

Every year Trafikverksskolan examines 300 business clients and 8000 enrolled students.

The number of employees is constantly growing due to the current requirements to develop, build and better maintain the roads and railways of Sweden.

On Campus area you will also find Järnvägens museum (The Railway Museum) which will take you on a journey back in time from steam engines to today’s high-speed trains.
