Luca Milani
As a Software Engineer for DMA since 2009, Luca Milani provides his expertise to several global projects for DMA and its customers. His contributions include the design and implementation of modern data management systems, digitizing railway networks, and advancing the design of software to help railways effectively plan, organize, and maintain infrastructure. Luca studied Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Torino.
Johan Vekemans
Johan Vekemans, Track Engineer, has decades of experience in infrastructure management for Infrabel, Belgium’s railway Infrastructure owner, contributing his expertise to advance Infrabel’s mission of safe, reliable and modern rail travel. Since 1999, Johan has managed Infrabel’s measuring car EM130. Since 2015, he has coordinated the installation of four DMA measuring and video systems on two of Infrabel’s multifunctional measuring cars.
