Networking dinner (28th of November)
On the second day of the conference an optional Networking Dinner takes place at the Västra Station Restaurant. The restaurant is situated in a former station. The station was built in 1897 and was the last station on the “provincial rail road” where both people and goods traveled between Malmö and Ystad for almost 80 years. In 1973 the last good train was stopped and since then the building is empty.
In 2018 the building was renovated and Västra Station Restaurant opened its doors, now to start a food journey instead of a real journey.
On the 28th of November, we will bring together rail professionals at the former station to enjoy the food journey together. The dinner starts at 18.30 – 22.00.
